Red Onion Mediterranean Restaurant
26 Kingly Street, London W1B 5QD

It's always such a joy to discover a Restaurant tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Central London and the Red Onion is no exception, with the warm and inviting atmosphere to the tempting dishes, this restaurant is definitely one to visit.

The Red Onion as the name suggests is a Mediterranean Restaurant, you could almost be on the shores of any country there, France, Spain, Italy or Turkey, the touch, smell, the atmosphere - well maybe not the touch, the cuisine and decor wholly reflect this.

Built up from scratch Nerman Karabulut, employ friendly staff which adds to the definite personal touch, you almost feel that you're dining at home with them, which is quite rare for a Central London Restaurant. There are no constant inquiries of how the food is, no hovering waiter millimetres from your plate, absolute bliss.

The menu, a broad range of mouth-watering temptations - you'll probably hear yourself saying; "I'll have this to start... no, I'll have this ,..", something that could easily be repeated throughout the whole three courses. However, there is help at hand for those of us who wish to try the entire menu in one sitting, in the shape of The Red Onion 'mixed mezes', a selection of twelve different hot and cold dishes from the main menu, which is extremely reasonably priced and highly recommended.
